Ouch. This week's Power Training was hard. Started off with some "lazy" pedalling on the North Road trails from the Pumphouse through Dead Moped. The focus was on getting up and over the technical parts of the trails.

Thursday Power Training on Burnaby Mountain with West Coast Racing. This time it was long intervals from the bottom of the power lines, down by Jim's Jungle, all the way to what the coaches call the gulley.
